What is VenueGo?
VenueGo is a B2B platform that helps corporate teams find the ideal space for any type of event—whether it is a training, strategic session, team building, or a corporate party.
Is it free for clients to use the platform?
Using VenueGo, searching for spaces, and connecting with venues is completely free for event organizers.
How do booking and payment work?
VenueGo acts as a connecting link. You do not pay or conduct any financial transactions on our site. When you select the desired space and submit a request, a venue representative will contact you directly. The final booking confirmation, contract signing, and payments are handled directly between you and the venue.
What is the advantage of using VenueGo compared to searching for a space independently?
We are corporate event organizers ourselves and know exactly how much time it takes to search for spaces, clarify prices, and figure out terms. VenueGo gathers only spaces tailored to corporate standards, saving you significant time and energy.
After sending a request, how soon will a venue contact me?
According to our standards, venues listed on the platform are obligated to respond to requests within a maximum of 8 hours (ideally within 4 hours).

How do I add my space to VenueGo?
To add your space to the platform, please fill out the registration form available on our website (or contact us at the provided email address). Our team will review your application and reach out to you to coordinate the details.
How does communication with the client work?
When a client is interested in your space, you will receive a notification with the event details (date, number of guests, specific requirements) and the client's contact information, after which you continue negotiations directly.
What determines my venue's ranking in the search engine?
The visibility of your space on VenueGo depends on your activity. Venues that respond to requests quickly (within 4-8 hours), maintain constantly updated information, and offer clients the best conditions will automatically appear in top positions in the search results.
How does financial settlement with the platform work?
Cooperation with VenueGo is based on a transparent subscription model. After the trial period, the monthly fee is determined by the capacity of your venue. We do not have hidden commissions on individual bookings, allowing you to receive an unlimited number of requests for a fixed price. The subscription packages are as follows: • Small Venue (up to 50 people): Monthly fee – 70 GEL (One-time onboarding fee – 20 GEL). • Medium Venue (50-150 people): Monthly fee – 150 GEL (One-time onboarding fee – 50 GEL). This is our most popular package. • Large Venue (150+ people): Monthly fee – 300 GEL (One-time onboarding fee – 70 GEL). Note: Prices are listed per venue and represent the 1-year basic model.
